Darkthrone remastered?

Quite the oddity that I came across a (fan made) remaster of Transylvanian Hunger earlier today. Come to find out, their big three albums had also been (fan made and not) remastered. While I've only caught enough of Hunger to hear it's general sound, I thought it was pretty good; offered a nice new perspective of the album. For those of you who are familiar or aware of this, you think these remaster's have anything of value to them? Do they improve on the original in any way?
