Shaking the Habitual Ranked

With these new and improved lists, I felt like making one. Gave the album a 4.5 overall.
13The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Old Dreams Waiting to be Realized" - Because putting 19 minutes of boring ambience in the middle of the album is the only reason I don't have this 5'd. The other ambient tracks are cool though. 1/5
12The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Oryx" - It's like a tease of "Fracking Fluid Injection." Nothing more. 3.5/5
11The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Crake" - Similar to "Oryx," but slightly cooler. 3.6/5
10The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Wrap Your Arms Around Me" - Probably the least unique out of the vocal tracks, but still pretty cool. It's a bit forgettable when compared to the rest of this masterpiece though. 3.8/5
9The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Fracking Fluid Injection" - I actually really like this. I know a lot of people find this track annoying and unnecessary, but it just fits so well with the rest of the album. 4/5
8The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Ready to Lose" - A really awesome closer that almost seems like a throwback to Silent Shout. 4.1/5
7The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"A Cherry on Top" - It's easily the best of the ambient tracks. With a cool atmosphere and offbeat guitar-like sounds it takes you to another place. 4.3/5
6The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Stay Out Here" - I'd probably consider this track to be the epic climax to what is an incredibly long thrilling journey. The emotion is intense here. 4.3/5
5The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Without You My Life Would Be Boring" - This song is anything, but boring. With playful synths and some of the weirdest vocals on the entire album this is easily the most danceable on here. If this were to be the best on the album, I'd still be satisfied. 4.5/5
4The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Raging Lung" - A great refresher that helps recover from the waste of space that is "Old Dreams Waiting to be Realized" and the type of track that persists in such a passionate way that it's nearly impossible not to love it. WESTERN STAAAAANDARDS 4.8/5
3The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Networking" - I can't think of an instrumental off the top of my head that's more fun, weird, and exciting than this, so it's safe to assume this song is close to perfect. 4.9/5
2The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"A Tooth for an Eye" - This was the first song by The Knife I ever heard and it I was always impressed by it. The synthy bass-like lines are amazing, and it's so layered in a way that's easy to love. It almost has a weird African vibe to it? Whatever vibe it is, it's a great one. 4.9/5
1The Knife
Shaking the Habitual

"Full of Fire" - Is anyone really surprised that this is 1 on the list? Perfect lyrics, perfect progression, and basically everything good I described below times ten. "Let's talk about gender baby, let's talk about you and me." 5/5
