09.04.14 | 11 serves the important purpose of providing a glimpse into what an early Mothers performance was like. I can take or leave the "mini-drama" about progress. The musical portion of the release, however, is truly some of the best Zappa I've ever heard. |

Start with We're Only in It for the Money, it's not one of the jazz-fusion ones, but it has tons of experiments, psych, and prog. |
