Frizzle Fry Ranked

I love this album so I ranked it. Feel free to disagree with my ranking, but rtry not to be too rrrmuch of a dick about it.
13Primus
Frizzle Fry

"Spegetti Western" The music here is kind of a bummer compared to most of the
album. The lyrics are solid, but they remind me so much of the ones in "The Toys Go
Winding Down" except less effective. Probably the only "meh" song on here. 3/5

"To Defy" It's a short little reprise so ranking it high would be silly. 4/5

"You Can't Kill Michael Malloy" Primus's obvious filler sure does murder the fuck out of
Tool's doesn't it? 4/5

"Sathington Willoby" I love it when bands do silly random of fuck short tracks. 4/5
9Primus
Frizzle Fry

"The Toys Go Winding Down" A pretty catchy instrumentation with pretty cool lyrics,
but nothing really mind blowing. 4/5
8Primus
Frizzle Fry

"Frizzle Fry" Definitely among the strangest on the album, this track introduces a
colorful character worth quoting for fun. 4.5/5

"Too Many Puppies" Despite a questionable singing voice, Claypool's vocals somehow
make this song as strong as it is. With interesting themes and allegories, it's probably
one of the greatest anti-war songs ever. 4.5/5

"Harold of the Rocks" This one took some time to grow on me, but in the end it proved
itself to be another Primus classic. Claypool's bass is yet again legendary. 4.5/5

"Mr. Knowitall" Quirky humor set to crazy jamming. It's almost like a straightforward
channeling of Frank Zappa. 5/5

"Groundhog's Day" The unexpected jam in the second half is probably one of the
album's finest moments. I could use some apple pie myself, Les. 5/5

"John the Fisherman" Everything about this song is amazing. The music, the lyrics,
and even Claypool's voice seems to be better than usual. No wonder they turned this
masterpiece into a series of songs. 5/5

"To Defy the Laws of Tradition" Yet again another perfect song. This might as well be
their theme song since it's theme is exactly what they're trying to do: defy tradition.
Plus what IF Christmas didn't come this year? Important questions. 5/5

"Pudding Time" This song is just on another level. Musically ideal in every way, catchy
as fuck, and of course it's lyrically as stupid as it gets. Everything about it is just so
fun. 5/5
