JohnnyoftheWell: Check My New Song! New Storm Daughter

JohnnyoftheWell 03.25.14	As a general progress update, most of the recording is finished and mixing is underway. Archaic is looking at having 11 songs and a bonus track and clocking it in at just under an hour. There's a lot of different stuff to hear on it, from ambient piano interludes to postrock-gone-shred to a neoclassical/electric piece that captures the transition from Winter to Spring. Oh, and a 7 minute prog built around a British tourist called Miranda being mugged by a knife gang in Cairo. Rejoice and kickstart the hype train!

JohnnyoftheWell 03.25.14	Thanks man :) I am sososososo glad that you liked the production; it was one of the main things people took issue with on my last release, and I was praying that the new style wouldn't get more stick
JohnnyoftheWell 03.25.14	I'm playing guitar (the rest is MIDI), you might like parts of 1 (especially The Portal Has Closed, Cauterizing Astral Wounds and Summer Skies/Winter Seas) although it's not as raw (apart from the Solaire and 101), and the album is dropping when it's finished...which realistically means a couple of months (I've got a load of exam revision to do :( )
