After their second album (The Pod), Elektra was eager to sign them onto their record label, which gained thempopularity during their next two releases, Pure Guava and Chocolate and Cheese. The Ween brothers went downhill inmainstream music with 12 Golden Country Greats and The Mollusk, but they managed to still have a big fan base and continuemaking albums to keep them entertained, including White Pepper, Quebec, and their B-side compilation Shinola. Since thenWeen has made plans to release a new album, and have been writing songs in their new recording studio, which is a 200 yearold stone farmhouse in Pennsylvania. « hide
