  • Sabrutin Oh I didn't know they were influent for it, but yeah now I think it makes sense with the super playful vocals! What surprised me about the album Sanctuary is how there's a bit in the first song in which the bass sounds absolutely "like modern prog metal" for its rhythm and tone, and then the second song starts and I'm immediately reminded of Steven Wilson.
