Annie Erin Clark (born September 28, 1982) is an American multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter who performs under the moniker St.Vincent. She was a member of The Polyphonic Spree and also part of Sufjan Stevens' touring band, prior to formingher own band.Clark's debut album, Marry Me (2007) was released to critical acclaim, followed by Actor (2009) and Strange Mercy (2011); both lauded for Clark's guitar work and treading the line between the cerbral and the insane.
