Sirens and Condolences was released in early 2004 on Victory Records, and it was followed by their self-titled release in 2005. Following
the death of their drummer John "Beatz" Holohan in a van accident that involved the entire band, Bayside issued the appropriately titled
Acoustic, a live CD which featured a tribute to Holohan and acoustic renditions of some of their songs. The song "Winter" is dedicated to
him. The band released The Walking Wounded on February 26, 2007, and followed it up in 2008 with their fourth studio album,
Shudder and a live album, Live at the Bayside Social Club.
In 2010, the band signed a contract with Wind-Up Records. The following year, they released their fifth studio album, Killing Time. This
was their most successful album to date, reaching #35 on the Billboard 200 Chart. It was also their only album on the Wind-Up label. In
2012, they released an EP of cover songs on their own Gumshoe label, entitled Covers Volume 1.
In the summer of 2013, Bayside announced that they had signed a contract with Hopeless Records. Their new album Cult was released
in early 2014, and promptly reached #24 on the Billboard charts. Two years later, they released Vacancy, their seventh studio
album.
