Coming straight out of the angst filled Grunge-era was the refreshing, up-beat, happy band, PUSA. Their lyrics are often simple things, such as a song about Peaches, or an old man on a back porch. The are unique for playing a 3 string guitar and 2 string bass, called a Guit-bass and Bassitar. Lead vocalist and bassitarist, Chris Ballew has also worked on many projects besides PUSA. PUSA split in 2000, but reunited in 2004 to release "Love Everybody".
