The only problem with the album is that it is almost entirely the perfect Blues of old. I enjoy it because I love this stuff. However, there is a bit of a lack of progressiveness and creativity. Most of the songs feel almost like rehashed songs because they fall so typically into the classic Blues style. I like the album because I love that style of music and Christone is clearly a fantastic musician.
