Neighborhoods was a good album, but awkward and didn't feel like Blink. You can tell that there was chemistry between these guys when they were in studio together. Some of the lyrics were a bit cheesy as well as the transmission tracks, but catchy riffs, solos, and choruses make this worth listening to, even if you weren't a fan before.
