Clutch's best album to date. From Beale Street to Oblivion comes close but Blast Tyrant never fails to disappoint. This album will never get old. It deserves multiple listens. |

Creedence Clearwater Revival Chronicle, Vol. 1 |
Deltron 3030 Deltron 3030 |
This is Del's best work. You can't go wrong with Dan the Automator's production either. Definitely an underground hip hop classic. |

Earth Earth 2: Special Low Frequency Version |
Electric Wizard Dopethrone |
This is a classic within the stoner rock genre. It successfully manages to combine doom, stoner, and sludge metal into one. Standout cuts like "Funeralopolis" and the title track give Dopethrone its epic feel. The songs typically start out slow and somehow increase their intensity; it manages to creep up on you at some points. |
Fu Manchu Go For It...Live |
Exactly what a live album should be. Great setlist, lots of energy, heavy riffs. One of the best live albums ever. I can't recommend it highly enough. |
GZA Liquid Swords |
Of all the albums associated with the Wu-Tang Clan, this is probably the best one. There is not a wasted track or beat on the album. GZA has such a smooth flow when it comes to his lyrics. The use of audio clips from "Shogun Assassin" adds more darkness to the songs. Might be the best rap album of all time. |

Kyuss Welcome to Sky Valley |
Led Zeppelin Led Zeppelin |
This album will never go out of style. A classic in every way. |
Led Zeppelin Led Zeppelin IV |
Easily the best Zeppelin album. Probably one of, if not the best rock album of all time. Doesn't get much better than this... |
Led Zeppelin How the West Was Won |
Everything you could ask for in a live album. This was made for true fans of Zeppelin and it delivers on every level. |
Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti |
Led Zeppelin Houses of the Holy |
Led Zeppelin BBC Sessions |
Lowrider Ode to Io |
An overlooked effort from a few talented Swedes. Upon release in 2000, it came under praise and criticism simultaneously. Critics wrote that they sounded too much like their influence of Kyuss. The opening tracks of "Caravan" and "Flat Earth" cement this point. But they are far from bad songs. In fact, in the realm of stoner rock, Lowrider has come up with some of the coolest riffs in the genre. "Riding Shotgun" makes effective use of a cowbell, while "Texas Pt. I & II" emulates Kyuss' buildup for epic songs and nails it. No one ever accused stoner rock of being completely original. The genre either works for you or it doesn't. If it does, sit back and let Lowrider sink in... |

If you have to listen to one Sepultura album (you should listen to more but that's beside the point), this is the one. Every track is powerful in its own right. A death metal classic. |
