He pleases the people that liked his 4x4=12 album with Channel 42, Superliminal, Maths, and Fn Pig. The top 40 variety with Professional Griefers. The people that like Strobe with The Veldt. The people that like the old school Mau5 with Closer and October. Then the other stuff is just him experimenting with new stuff. He's got a specific sound that he has maintain, while also adding good stuff to the mix. If you don't like the album you probably don't like EDM music. If you shoved a country album in front of me I would probably dismiss it as well.
