Once you take it all in it only makes sense to give it a 5. |

The production is sublime and overall just a really fun listen. It doesn't re-invent the wheel, it doesn't build off the decade old album but it doesn't have to necessarily. I'd be surprised to hear from anyone with even a slight interest in metal to not come away with a least some appreciation of the symphonies on here. |

Amy Lee carries the album over the standard hard rock styling with her admittedly talented vocals but as the album wears on it becomes evident that the band has a very slim sound palette and the songs blur and morph together into the symphonic goth rock album that dominated 20 years before. The remastered material is hardly noticeable and the deluxe additions feel like afterthoughts than actual music worth celebrating. r |

Despite having a few rarities tossed in there's some glaring omissions, so while it's a nice point to get a sense of the cures sound its not the best way to see them play to their strengths like you would hear on their full albums. |

| Despite how you feel about his split from Brockhampton, this EP shows Ameer desperately needed his former brothers to make him be more than he was. By himself he lacks focus making his flows disjointed and unimaginative. He both self reflects as a fault of his actions but points fingers at other places and things for how things ended with bravado and self congratulating he hasn't earned on his own while Brockhampton continue to thrive in his absence. The beats are trash, his lyrics are trash, this album is trash. |
