| I don't get all the hate! People need to STOP comparing their 90's material to the 80's material!! They moved on, not every album is gonna sound like Don't Break The Oath! This album has some classics, like Under The Spell, The Uninvited Guest, Into The Unknown, Kutulu (the Mad Arab), and Holy Water. Listen to it with an open mind and you WILL love it, trust me! |

| Of ALL the 90's MF albums, this one is the closest to the 80's in production and lyrical content. In fact, many similarities with their 80's material, just speed up a bit. Some songs on here are Mercyful Fate's fastest material (like the song Insane). A real brutal album, and their heaviest guitar tone as well. It's been 13 and a half year since they released this album, and I am STILL waiting for their new one! |
