When a band or an artist’s does a rendition of an album it may feel like the relationship you have with it has gone. In this case I prefer the acoustic versions more than the original. The first song on the album ‘The Sound Of You And Me’ I think is much better as an acoustic, the guitar in the original version is to over powering and sometimes I find it difficult to concentrate on the lyrics. The song ‘Sing for Me’ on the album already has the acoustic aspect therefore on the acoustic album it brings nothing new to the table. This is easily my favourite song on the album but despite that I was disappointed with the acoustic version. ‘Sing for me’ acoustic version was only a bonus on ITunes but I think it sounds near enough the same as the original version.
