Switchfoot Vice Verses
I wrote a review myself and even being a dedicated Switchfoot fan I really don't like this album and agree almost 100% with the original review--except I would call "Selling the News" one of the better tracks on the album, along with "Where I Belong and, to a less extent, "Thrive".rAlso, while I do believe Jon Foreman's writing on this album is really weak compared to Switchfoot's other albums, I think there was a surprising lack of blame placed on producer Neal Avron. I'm still bitter about how he helped ruin Anberlin's New Surrender album and I think he sullied this album as well.rSidenote: while people may not particularly like Hello Hurricane, I do believe that it is Switchfoot's best album as far as flow and direction with, maybe, the exception of "Bullet Soul". Up until that point, I had always thought Nothing Is Sound was the band's best effort.
