For a short while, around 72/74, they were undeniably one of the biggest bands in the world. For musicianship, challenging themes and the ability to "transport you somewhere else", there is nobody, in my opinion, that comes even close. "Fly from here" might not be as good as what they were doing in the 1970's but it's a whole load better, more inspiring and downright enjoyable than anything else I've heard over the last year or two.
