Touche Amore/Pianos Become the Teeth Split
Pianos are probably the greatest hardcore band since City of Caterpillar. Touche Amore has so far failed to really "prove" themselves to me, but "Gravity, Metaphorically" is probably their best song yet, and it's a really strong hardcore song on its own merits.
Two Door Cinema Club Tourist History
Two Door Cinema Club Beacon
It's everything that was great about Tourist History, but the song structures are more interesting and everything just sounds a hell of a lot better.

2.0 poor
Angels and Airwaves Love - Part II
Blink-182 Neighborhoods
Circle Takes the Square As the Roots Undo
What is the appeal? Even as a big fan of hardcore and screamo, I can't bring myself to enjoy this, no matter how hard I try. And believe me, I've tried.
Daughtry Leave This Town
Owl City The Midsummer Station
Runner Runner Runner Runner
Runner Runner is the very definition of "generic." Their music is so bland and uninspired that you forget about it as soon as you're done listening to it.
We The Kings Sunshine State of Mind
It's the kind of stuff you'd expect on the top of the pop charts. It's not that it's
terrible, but it's mediocre in every way, from the vocals (which sound like every other teen
pop band you've ever heard) to the poor lyrics that are dumb at their best and downright
incohesive at their worst.

1.5 very poor
Circle Takes the Square Rites of Initiation
I Set My Friends On Fire Astral Rejection
An exercise in patience and frustration. Astral Rejection is an all out assault on the
senses, with vocals that will split your ears with their shrill, obnoxious delivery and
unnecessary electronic elements that add an extra layer of cheese to this already laughable
Mayday Parade Mayday Parade
OneRepublic Dreaming Out Loud
OneRepublic Waking Up
Tom Waits Bad As Me

1.0 awful

The Fray Helios
Look, I enjoyed their self-titled and their first album had some okay stuff on it. Their third album saw The Fray losing a lot of the atmosphere I felt they had on their first two releases, though, and it sounded to me like it was cornier and more generic than ever.rAnd this is just trash. When a song like "Love Don't Die" is the lead single, you know there's a problem.
The Script #3
The album art looks like the 3rd place winner of a Photoshop fan art contest.
