Wanna listen a true MELODIC metalcore song? 1603 is written for you! Nearly perfect. With this conceptual and logical album BT has everyhting to be on a step closer to the titans of genre.

Kamelot Silverthorn
That`s a classic work, and the first power metal work I really enjoyed. Vocals of Karevik is
astonishing and it perfectly fits the music. Music is rich, but some oldschool features
still has appeared... anyway it is something that really suprised me last year. Good luck to
them in the tour!
Katatonia Dead End Kings
Great in every point, gloomy and dark, but still very melodic and catchy. 4,6 - 5.

Linkin Park Meteora

Periphery Periphery II: This Time It's Personal
Scarlet is the mighty loving storm in my ears, Have a Blast is a perfect rpg theme, Make Total Destroy is heavy mass of Earth distortion, Erised is a living dream in another realm, Ragnarock is hell that wants to going out its borders... shit this whole album is addictive as djentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjentdjent. Sorry, lost control. =) Need to listen "II" again.

Chevelle La Gárgola
Cold Year Of The Spider
Cold A Different Kind of Pain
Digital Summer Breaking Point
There are no such noticeable songs like "Hostage" or "Suffocate", but "Breaking Point" is
more well-balanced than previous records. It means no eargasm this time, but still you may
find something addictive during whole album as I did. "Forget You", "Fight Till I Fall",
"Come On" are catchy rocky songs which will be nice to hear along with some soft and more
lyrical - "Broken Halo", "Wanted To Love You" and "Dance In The Fire"... others are not bad
either, but honestly expectation were kinda higher. Anyway this sound should help to raise
DS fanbase around the World.

Music is more versatile than it were on A Sense Of Purpose. Anders vocal became viscous and that`s not bad at all. Less scream, modern sound, and we finally get a high-quality metal work. Though, this is not MDM anymore. Their fans should reconcile with that.

I have not heard their previous albums, but this one is superb. Rich music, appropriate
clean vocals and memorizable motifs. That`s really awesome MMDM stuff.

Overall it sounds repetative, and listening this stuff starts annoying my ears when album`s closing to the end. Not bad though, many electronic elements (not so much as on previous release) that not original at all and does not give anything memorizable (except The Wretched track), and this parts of djent sound not always good as well. So what`s made well on this album then? They changed their sound, and choose an interesting direction, but it`s only experiment. Caleb and co will back to their roots after this release anyway. Hun? too bad... they have some potential to become a professional metalcore band, just need to work ... and work much

There is one powerful song on EP (Skyscrapers) and that`s all. Volpi`s clean voice is his main advantage, though he does not use it properly in some songs (Buried Alive; Sincerely, Mine). Music have shiny moments (and lyrics as well), but there are too many harsh vocals... this make me feel like I listen doom/gothic/death metal. I`ve expecting to hear something cardinally differ from this work, so may be RSF left best songs for full-length album (The Temple Is Me, Labyrinth, Roll The Dice).
