3.0 good
Currensy Covert Coup
In an age of independent artists progressively outreaching to one another, this collaboration is not at all unlikely. In fact, a number of the tracks are remarkably successful, despite Curren$y boasting some of his weakest verses yet. Tracks such as "Full Metal" and "Ventilation" are the cream of the crop here - instances where the creativity between Alchemist and Curren$y were wholly aligned. Were the album to have consisted of verses and instrumentals as poignant as the aforementioned tracks, this free marijuana inspired mixtape would have been nothing short of excellent.
Cut Off Your Hands You and I
Gorillaz Plastic Beach
Hudson Mohawke Butter
J Dilla The Shining
A decent conglomeration of J Dilla's instrumentals but, with mostly lackluster emcees as no particularly cohesive thematic to hold together what are individually enjoyable songs, the album is unable to leave a lasting impression. It is undoubtedly J Dilla's excellent to superb instrumentals that rescue this album from being nothing more than an average, even slightly below average amalgam of uninspired verses.

Lupe Fiasco Lasers
This is quite possibly the most unfortunate record I have heard in 2011. Not just for contrived content, but also because Lupe Fiasco released "Food and Liquor". How did he miss this in his contract. And, to top matters off: "All right, all ready, the show goes on..." is abhorrently a rip-off of "All right, all ready, we'll all float on." Atlantic Records, get off my Isaac Brock's dick and take your corporate vice off of Lupe's.
