It's very different, but I think it was a neat experiment. "The Thought Of Losing You" is my current addiction. At least I have one person who agrees with me :p http://www.thetunemusic.com/2011/04/dredg-chuckles-and-mr-squeezy-2011.html4.0 excellentThe Dangerous Summer War PaintNot the most interesting thing musically, but considering AJ's calling it a concept album about his life, I think it gives us a very unique look into his psyche. A review on a blog I watch seemed to sum my opinion up pretty well http://www.thetunemusic.com/2011/07/dangerous-summer-war-paint-2011.html3.5 greatThe Wombats This Modern GlitchOk, so the whole album wasn't that great, but "Jump Into The Fog" is one of my favorite songs ever now, so XP this guy agrees with me: http://www.thetunemusic.com/2011/04/album-survey-cass-mccombs-of-montreal.html so nyeh2.5 averageZomby DedicationFound a different review that says how I feel about it (http://www.thetunemusic.com/2011/07/zomby-dedication-2011.html). I'm a pretty big fan, not nuts about him. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing, but he was far too careful to really make anything amazing; I hope he'll actually experiment more in the future. The intro to "Things Fall Apart" makes me love it best 2.0 poorDavid Bazan Strange NegotiationsThis person said it for me: http://www.thetunemusic.com/2011/05/album-survey-sonic-youth-and-pedro-lion.html
