Fans of Social Distortion, The Adolescents, Rancid, etc. will want to check this album out. I at first confused myself with the Rancid comparison then realized I had drawn parallel between Tim Armstrong's drunk punk accent and Sledgeback vocalist Gabi Hun's Hungarian accent. On that tip, Sledgeback has a pretty cool back story. Here's part of it: The band formed in the mid 2000s shortly after Hun moved to Seattle knowing no English. From that time to now Sledgeback has released three full length recordings and developed a loyal fan base both in the U.S. and abroad. Top picks off 'Bit the Bullet' are: Dead City, Scar Heart, Dead Boy Dead Girl, and Palinka.
