Trophy Scars Darkness, Oh Hell
United Nations The Next Four Years
Exactly what I look for in a United Nations album.

4.5 superb
Breather Resist Charmer
Still easily one of the most under-rated metalcore albums ever. Easily one of my favourites.
Epithets Year Of Glad
A brilliant album from start to finish. Absolutely adore it. Brisbane post-rock is here to stay
Ironhide Create Collapse Repeat
Last Dinosaurs In A Million Years
A brilliant debut LP from these Brisbane boys, it captures their fun vibe perfectly, and never outstays its welcome. Well worth picking up.
Lifestory: Monologue Hold Me In The Wind, My Friend
Nigel Silverthorn The Tip of the Tongue. The Teeth...
An excellent release. His vocals harmonise brilliantly with the music from current and ex-Trophy Scars members. It's not quite as eclectic as that previous sentence would suggest, but that's also the strength of this release, in my opinion.
Thursday No Devolucion
Trophy Scars Never Born, Never Dead

4.0 excellent

Cave In White Silence
Courtships The Feral Sound

3.5 great
Battles Gloss Drop
Converge Endless Arrow
It feels like a follow-on from Genghis Tron's "Board Up The House", and Daughters "You Won't Get What You Want". Just sheers crushing soundscapes to make you *feel*.
Jay-Z and Kanye West Watch the Throne
Title Fight Shed

3.0 good
Red Hot Chili Peppers I'm With You
ScHoolboy Q Habits and Contradictions
Some killer beats, and a very oddly haunting style, the only thing this album seems to lack is a direction. Still, a very good album, well worth a listen to, especially if you enjoyed Section.80 - I just find it too easy to skip tracks.
The Lonely Island Turtleneck and Chain
The View Bread And Circuses
WU LYF Go Tell Fire to the Mountain

2.5 average
dredg Chuckles and Mr. Squeezy
Now, I have every album every released by dredg. I'm a die-hand fan, and have the "Symbol Song" symbol tattooed on my arm. I love them to death. And this album just seemed... well, lackluster. I might do a full review later, but if you approach it with an open mind, then it's a very average album, and if you don't... well, just look at the average rating for it. There's a reason. Dan The Automator, I loved you with Deltron 3030, but leave dredg alone.
