I'm so glad I got to see them in concert. 'Rock Lobster', 'Planet Claire'...This is just a great album. The surf- guitar riffs, the manic singing, the oddball lyrics...It's just great.
The Doors Strange Days
The Doors The Doors
The Doors Morrison Hotel
The Doors Waiting For The Sun

For sure, Raw Power is one of the best punk albums EVER. The songs ooze energy and sexiness. If this isn't a classic, I don't know what is.
Violent Femmes Violent Femmes
This is so great. Violent Femmes are so quirky. They have an awesomesound made of rockabilly, folk and punk. True orginals!

Canada's best band! Guys in pink playing freaky expirementy-synth-pop? Nothing better.
The White Stripes White Blood Cells
The White Stripes The White Stripes
This album is awesome. Jack's raucous, raw guitar adds plenty of attitude and Meg's drumming keeps the songs anchored down. 'Screwdriver' may be on my list of favorite songs.

The Drums Summertime!
The Drums are possibly the best new band I have heard. I enjoy how they combine Beach Boys-style hooks with 80s sounds. The band looks like you could find them hanging out at the mall, looking for the newest Cars album circa 1983, and their music matches.
