| This album really brings back the root styles and attitudes of punk, along the lines of The Sex Pistols. I've seen these guys live, and they really bring the show. The lyrics are great and the music is definitely something you rock out to. |

| The Scenic Bipolaroid |
Bipolaroid is the second studio album from The Scenic, and I have to admit, I was blown away. Their style changed, the first album was very pop-rock, this one they definitely turned on the distortion, while sticking to the same genre well enough.
The first single off the album to have a music video is "Uh Oh". This song is expressing being lonely and being short-handed of any real friends, this shown in the music video by the rabbit character acting like his friend but not really existing and leaving him with mess he created. The music is original compared to anything I've heard. The lyrics are just real, being poetic yet blunt at times.
Each song is addicting, no matter what mood you may be in, there's one to fit. The Scenic have pulled off a brilliant album. They have matured in their lyrics and evolved their sound into something better than imaginable had you only heard the first album, "Find Yourself Here", prior to hearing this album. |
