Technically speaking, the intelligent complexity of this album seriously exceeds anything Agalloch has ever done. The melodies are overwhelmingly passionate and unique. The lyrics are felt deep inside your soul. But only your opinion matters. I recommend sitting alone in the dark and listening to the album through. This isn't fast food music.
