CHON Demo 2008
Dance Gavin Dance Whatever I Say Is Royal Ocean
Dance Gavin Dance Downtown Battle Mountain
This is probably my favorite album of any band I've ever heard. Jonny's vocals mix so well with the technical guitar work. Even though Mess pops at some odd times; I still love his screams.
I completely disagree with you about the "Untitled" track because it's hinting to come at the end; the part of the song "Surprise! I'm From Cuba. Everyone Has One Brain" 2:38-3:48 is my favorite part of the album, and that is the same phrase that Mess is chanting in "Untitled".
I also disagree with you about "12 Hours. 630 Hours" I love that song because it's one of the only songs on the album where the lyrics actually mean something. I feel like Jonny is pouring his heart out on this song.
I kind of agree with you about "Strawberry Andre" though. I also don't like "Turn Off the Lights I'm Watching to the Future" that much, but I don't mind listening to either one of them.
"Open Your Eyes and Look North" is my favorite song on the album because Jonny hits his peak on the album in the lead-in to the first chorus, and the drums mix so well the his voice in the chorus.

Pros:
- Amazing vocals from both Jonny and Mess
- Technical guitar work from Will- Almost every song on the album is outstanding
- "Open Your Eyes and Look North"

Cons:
- Mess shows up in some odd parts
- A couple of the songs don't meet the album's standards
- Bass is rarely heard

A lot better than their last album even though their last album was amazing. The riffs are a lot more technical in areas and they have some outstanding solos. They use breakdowns when they want to repeat something over and over again so that you realize the dramatic effect of what is going on in the song. Some of the best Metal/Deathcore I've ever heard. This album is going to be playing in my room for a while
ERRA Andromeda
ERRA ERRA (EP)
Every song is great in it's own way, and each song is different from one another so it's easy to tell which song is which.rBeautifully written. Amazing technical melodic riffs, solos and breakdowns. Guitarists are outstandingrDrumming is above average, and uses some pretty technical double bass patternsrVocals are decent, even though some people might be turned off by the clean singing sections.rOverall amazing EP. You should definitely check this out!
