5.0 classic
Bjork Vespertine
Bjork Debut
Dido Life For Rent
It strats up beautiful with "White Flag", and it just gets more and more beautiful as the tracks roll on! Just love "Life For Rent", "Mary's India" and pretty much all the other tracks on this album.
Guns N' Roses Appetite for Destruction
Joni Mitchell Blue
Lady Gaga The Fame
Lady Gaga The Fame Monster
Madonna Confessions on a Dancefloor
A modern classic by the Queen of Pop. Perfectly sequenced, brilliantly produced and, as usual, incredibly well-written. Personel favorites: Hung Up, Get Together, How High, Push.
Maroon 5 Songs About Jane
Maroon 5 Hands All Over
Pink M!ssundaztood
CLASSIC P!NK. It's versatile, beautifully written, amazingly sang. It's one of the true classics of 21st century pop rock. "Don't Let Me Get Me" summarizes my pre-teenage era.

4.5 superb
Bjork Post
Bjork Medulla
Christina Perri The Ocean Way Sessions
Christina is definetly a name to keep an eye on. She has an incredible voice, amazing potential as a songwriter, and shows off a great live show on this EP. Personal favorite: Bang Bang Bang.
Dido Live at Brixton Academy
Dido takes this live look at her career seriously, rearranging every song to sound better and even more creative on stage. And her voice is still wonderful. Personal favorites: "Thank You", "Life for Rent", "Mary's India", "See The Sun", "See You When You're 40".
Gnarls Barkley The Odd Couple
I'm sorry guys, but I enjoyed this one better than St Elsewhere. It's both Cee Lo and Danger Mouse on the top of their games! Personal favorites: "Blind Mary", "Who's Gonna Save My Soul", "Going On" and "Neighbours".
Hugh Laurie Let Them Talk
Kimbra Vows
KT Tunstall Eye To The Telescope
Lady Gaga Born This Way
Madonna American Life
'American Life' is a pop revolution in concept, but it works better if you don't take it THAT seriously. In the end, it's a just a collection of killer pop tracks, with the usual Madonna know-how. Personal favorites: Hollywood, Love Profusion, Nothing Fails, Mother and Father.
Maroon 5 It Won't Be Soon Before Long
Paloma Faith Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?
Why can't the truth be beautiful? You want it? It's a 4.5, no doubts about it. ;)
Roxette Charm School
Soundtrack (Film) Moulin Rouge! - Music From Baz Luhrmann's Film
The Killers Day & Age

4.0 excellent
a-ha Scoundrel Days
a-ha Stay on These Roads
a-ha Memorial Beach
Alanis Morissette Flavors of Entanglement
It's creative, it's Alanis on the edge of her vocal play, and it's a pocketful of heartfelt lyrics. What else do you want?
Amy Winehouse Frank
Birdy Birdy
Bruce Springsteen Wrecking Ball
Carla Bruni Quelqu'un m'a dit
Cee Lo Green The Lady Killer
Christina Aguilera Back to Basics
Cyndi Lauper Bring Ya to the Brink
Cyndi Lauper True Colors
Cyndi Lauper The Body Acoustic
Taking an acoustic look at Cyn's career is an impressive journey... "Money Changes Everything" is turned into a killer track, "She Bop" is surprinsingly melodic, "I'll Be Your River" is pure soul music, "Shine" has Cyn on her edge when it comes to vocal range, and classic "Girls Just Whant to Have Fun" shines with a completely new and very creative arrangement.
Cyndi Lauper At Last
Demi Lovato Unbroken
Dev The Night the Sun Came Up
Dido No Angel
Ellie Goulding Bright Lights
Florence and the Machine Lungs
Florence and the Machine Ceremonials
Glee Cast Glee: The Music, Journey to Regionals
Gnarls Barkley St. Elsewhere
Great, straight-to-point pop recording, with some pretty awesome production and vocals. Personal favorites: "Crazy" (of course) and "Just a Thought".
Greyson Chance Hold On 'Til The Night
Greyson puts up a great pop album, and he has an amazing voice.
Guns N' Roses Chinese Democracy
James Blunt All the Lost Souls
Jennifer Hudson I Remember Me
"Hudson's stratospheric voice overflows with emotion" - Matthew Cole, Slant Magazine. He goes on to criticize the album, but I personally think he's right here. Jen tends to overflow. But who doesn't like drama? And it's a damn fine collection of power pop and R&B repertoire.
Jessie J Who You Are
Jordin Sparks Battlefield
Joss Stone LP1
Keane Perfect Symmetry
KT Tunstall Tiger Suit
I really think that KT found the balance between the pop sounds of "Drastic Fantastic" and the alternative feeling in "Eye to The Telescope". She is and always will be an restless artist, so never exepect more of the same from her records. Mixing her oustanding pop songwriting skill with with a production of electro-indie sounds, "Tiger Suit" is a solid, as ever, record form the Scottish singer.

A Fine Frenzy One Cell in the Sea
a-ha Hunting High and Low
It's creative. It's epic. Morten Harket is an awesome vocalist. "Take on Me" is
unforgettable. And you'll be singing along for almost every song soon enough. What else can
we ask of a pop band? Personal Favorites: Take on Me, The Sun Always Shines on T.V., Here I
Stand and Face The Rain.

Colbie Caillat All of You
Coldplay Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends
Corinne Bailey Rae The Sea
Cyndi Lauper She's So Unusual
Cyndi Lauper Hat Full of Stars
Back to her best shape, Cyn goes further on the direction of an alternative pop that took her away from the charts at the same proportion it took her up on critic's preference. "Product of Misery" and "Feels Like Christmas" are proofs that she's still got the groove on doing killer pop tracks.
David Guetta Nothing but the Beat

Pink Funhouse
R.E.M. Collapse Into Now
Regina Spektor Begin To Hope
Rihanna Talk That Talk

She and Him Volume Two
Sia Some People Have Real Problems
The Cranberries Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?
The Fray How to Save a Life
The Fray Reason EP
The Fray is formulaic, let's be frank. But if you liked "How to Save a Life" and already gone through their major-label recordings, go for this EP with no fear: it is as good as hell.

Adam Lambert For Your Entertainment
NOT the most talented person to show up on recent years, but he has a good voice, and talented people around him. What's lacking: personality to do something that really reflects his way to see music.
Adele 19
Amy Winehouse Back to Black
Avril Lavigne Let Go
B.o.B The Adventures of Bobby Ray
Actually good. Surprised me, a skillfull hip-hop/pop record that works all the way through.

Clare Maguire Light After Dark
Colbie Caillat Coco
Colbie Caillat Breakthrough
Coldplay Mylo Xyloto

Jordin Sparks Jordin Sparks
Joss Stone Introducing Joss Stone
Julieta Venegas MTV Unplugged
Julieta is a talented singer and her music is really something new and refreshing for the pop world, especially in Latin America. Anyway, repetition and too complex arrangements get a little in the way of her talent. Still, personal favorites are "Mirame Bien" and "Me Voy".
Kaiser Chiefs Yours Truly, Angry Mob
Keane Strangeland
Kelly Clarkson All I Ever Wanted
Kelly Clarkson Stronger
Kelly Rowland Here I Am
Kylie Minogue Kylie: Live in New York
Kylie is not a blaster live more than she is in a studio, but if you're a fan, "Live in New York" is absolutely essential. Personal favorites: In Your Eyes, Wow, The Loco-Motion, Kids, In My Arms, The One.
Kylie Minogue Kylie
Lady A Need You Now
Lady A Lady Antebellum
Lady A is not surprising in any way. A vintage pop country trio, with some good melodies and two strong vocalists. Still, they have their moments. Personal favorites: I Run to You, Home is Where The Heart Is, Can't Take My Eyes Off You.

P!nk CAN do better. Her other albums showcased more talented songwriting and more influences on her music. This one is P!nk trying to be a 90s shaped popstar. Not really worth it.
