The thick grooves combined with powerful vocals and great melodies make this a solid rock album. Celestial Season have moved away from their typical Kyuss-like stoner rock of earlier albums ('Orange' and 'Chrome') to progress into a more balanced sound with more alt rock influences. Typically their best and final album (before they split up). If you like Kyuss or Queens of the stoneage you will certainly like this music!Deftones Around the FurDeftones AdrenalineEditors An End Has A StartFace Tomorrow The Closer You GetFace Tomorrow For Who You AreFilter Title Of RecordFilter Short BusFireside EliteExcellent album for this alt rock/emo rock band from Sweden, very diverse and experimental sounds compared with their regular, more straight forward punkrock/emorock sound of previous albums.Genesis Invisible TouchGenesis GenesisGenesis DukeGenesis ...And Then There Were Three...Genesis Wind & WutheringGenesis Selling England by the PoundGenesis FoxtrotHeadswim Despite YourselfIncubus (USA-CA) Morning ViewIncubus (USA-CA) Light GrenadesJuno A Future Lived in Past TenseJuno This Is the Way It Goes and Goes and GoesKashmir The Good LifeKashmir ZitilitesKatatonia Last Fair Deal Gone DownKatatonia Tonight's DecisionLa Dispute WildlifeMotorpsycho Heavy Metal FruitMotorpsycho Black Hole/Blank CanvasMotorpsycho PhanerothymeMotorpsycho Little Lucid MomentsMotorpsycho It's a Love CultMotorpsycho Timothy's MonsterMotorpsycho Angels and Daemons at PlayMotorpsycho Here Be MonstersMuse Black Holes & RevelationsMuse AbsolutionMuse The ResistanceMuse HAARPMuse HullabalooNirvana IncesticideNirvana HormoaningOceansize Music for NursesOceansize Everyone Into PositionOceansize Self Preserved While The Bodies Float UpOpeth The Roundhouse TapesOpeth Ghost ReveriesOpeth DamnationPearl Jam YieldPhil Collins 12''ersPhil Collins ...But SeriouslyPhil Collins No Jacket RequiredPorcupine Tree In AbsentiaPorcupine Tree We Lost the SkylineSonic Youth Washing MachineSonic Youth A Thousand LeavesSoundgarden Down on the UpsideThe Gathering How to Measure a Planet? The Gathering MandylionThe Mars Volta AmputechtureThe Notwist ShrinkThis album is the perfect soundtrack for a laid back evening. The beginning of what evolved into a band more focussed on the use of electronics in their songs. Musically this transformation (and sound) can be compared with Radiohead. The album is overall good, but nowhere better than that because of the kind of monotone, soft songs. For people new to the Notwist I'd recommend 'Neon Golden' or 'Shrink'.The Smashing Pumpkins ZeitgeistTool Opiate2.5 averageA Perfect Circle eMOTIVeActually, it is a more average album than good or great.
