1) 2009
Exactly what the title suggests it is. Describing how 2009 was for the band, with some of the best lyrics possible.

2) Fire Away
An amazing song, and great choice for a single. Well constructed.

3) Sleeper
The only song I was partial to on the album. Good song though.

4) Welcome Back Riders
First song I heard off the album, and it's an impressive one.

5) Feet First
The slow intro is just beautiful, and the way the other instruments kick in is amazing.

6) Do You Feel Better Yet?
A short song, but a great one. Great lyrics as usual.

7) Ups and Downsizing
The title track off this album is another great one, with a catchy chorus

8) The Iron
Another amazing song. Catchy, Fun, and awesome.

9) Watch It Go
Again, A great song.

10) Stars
Proves the band can write a ballad as well. GREAT job.

11) The Dirt
My favorite, bassically, it's the singers will. And they pulled this one off, PERFECTLY.

Amazing. Just amazing. Not a bad song on the album. These guys know how to write songs. Absolutely perfect.

Mindless Self Indulgence If
Mindless Self Indulgence is one of those bands, where you really don't know what to expect with them.

1) Never Wanted to Dance
The opening track, and a great one. The vocals remind me of older MSI, with a mix of there "New" stuff. Great opener.

2) Evening Wear
A pretty good track. A bit forgettable though. Not the best, but definetally not bad

3) Lights Out
My personal favorite off this album. The chorus is reminecent of Pop acts, and adds a great sing-along feeling with a great flow

4) Prescription
I personally like the verses with the acoustic guitar in the background. Great song

5) Issues
This is where the album starts to falter. One of those "Filler" tracks. Not great

6) Get It Up
This one's just plain stupid. I don't know why it was on the album. Just a bad song

7) Revenge
Another decent track. The demo version was much better though.

8) Animal
This is where the album get's back on track. A great song.

9) Mastermind
The first single off the album, and a good one at that. A bit slow though. Never really picks up

10) On It
Another "Filler" track. Really nothing redeaming here. Move along

11) Pay For It
An awesome song. Along with "Lights Out" is my favorite

12) Due
A short song. Somewhat entertaining.

13) Money
Another "Filler". I see they tried to experiment with more guitar, but it doesn't really work.

14) Bomb This Track
Great. Just great. Reminds me of something off of Frankenstien Girls.

15) Mark David Chapman
Lyrics we're written by the fans, and boy, did that work. Great closer

Not there best, but definetally a good album.

1) The Hell Song
A great song. One of the best on the album.

2) Over My Head (Better Off Dead)
One of the heavier songs. This one works nicely though

3) My Direction
My favorite. Simple Pop/Punk at it's finest.

4) Still Waiting
Another single. Pretty good though.

5) A.N.I.C.
A pretty pointless song. I think they we're trying to make another song like "Never Wake Up", but this one just doesn't really work

6) No Brains
Another one of the Heavier songs. Another one that works nicely

7) All Messed Up
A more pop/punk song. A great one at that

8) Mr. Amsterdam
Another heavier song. Not that great though. Pass this one

9) Thanks For Nothing
The clean guitar intro fits perfectly here. Great song

10) Hyper-Insomnia-Para-Condroid
An odd enough title, but this song works nicely

11) Billy Spleen
I didn't care for this song too much. Just a filler

12) Hooch
A decent closer. Not too great though

6) Unbound (The Wild Ride)

7) Brompton Cocktail
This is where the album starts to pick up. Great song.

8) Lost
My favorite song off the album. Experimentation worked here

9) A Little Piece of Heaven
An 8 minute epic written by the late great Rev himself. Great song.

10) Dear God
