| An absolute masterpiece. Call me crazy, but I personally think this is one of the best metal albums ever released. I really do. Why? Because it puts you right there, you really feel like you are experiencing everything that is going on in the album. It is mind-blowingly, earth-shatteringly epic in ways that would make Opeth bow to their knees. Sometimes you feel likeyou are being chased by a wrathful god, sometimes you feel like you're in the middle of the storm of the century, sometimes you feel like you're traveling through a wormhole or space, sometimes it feels like a sorceror is conjuring a massive spell, sometimes it feels like the entire Russian Army is marching after you...Oh, what the hell! Just buy the fuckin' thing already! |

| This is Testaments' best album. Period. Alex Skolnick's guitar solos are absolutely incredible. Eric Peterson's riffs are kick-ass, and Chuck Billy's vocals are probably the best the genre have ever seen. It's a shame these guys are not part of the Big Four. |
