5.0 classic
Pink Floyd The Dark Side of the Moon
Queen A Night at the Opera
how come im not allowed to NOT have something here?

4.5 superb
Dream Theater Images and Words
Mastodon Blood Mountain
Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here
Queen Queen II

4.0 excellent
Death Human
Dream Theater Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence
Dream Theater When Dream and Day Unite
Dream Theater Black Clouds and Silver Linings
The vocals are really weak, and the lyrics are cheesy, but they wrote a good collection of actual songs, that are all enjoyable to listen to.
Mastodon Leviathan
Mastodon Crack the Skye
Megadeth Rust in Peace
Megadeth Peace Sells... but Who's Buying?
Megadeth Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!
Metallica ...And Justice for All
It's a great album, but it just doesn't work as well as Ride or Master. On those two, every song was strong. There are weak tracks here and there on ...justice, and the production doesn't help (although i've heard versions with added bass, and it sounds worse imo)
Pink Floyd Animals
Queen Sheer Heart Attack
Queen News of the World
Slayer Seasons in the Abyss
Slayer South of Heaven

3.5 great
Avenged Sevenfold Nightmare
Dream Theater Awake
It's good, but the songs all blend together. The best songs are the ones that stray from the more metal approach they took on this album (space dye, silent man, lifting shadows) Maybe this will grow on me, but right now its just good.
Megadeth So Far, So Good... So What!
Metallica Metallica
Metallica S&M
Metallica Death Magnetic
My Chemical Romance I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love
I don't know what to rate this and i don't know how to un-rate something, so it's just going to sit in this category for a bit.
Queen Queen
Slayer Reign in Blood
Solid album all the way through, however, this album is mostly 2 amazing tracks in the opener (angel of death) and closer (raining blood), with a bunch of solid but not very memorable bursts of energy in the middle.

3.0 good
Avenged Sevenfold Sounding the Seventh Trumpet
Megadeth Endgame
a few good thrash tracks, and a bunch of radio sounding tracks. I feel like the lyrics could have been improved greatly, especially on 44 minutes.
Metallica Reload
Metallica Load
Queen A Day at the Races
A good album, but pretty weak compared to any of the other Queen albums
Slayer Christ Illusion

2.5 average
All That Remains The Fall of Ideals
It's solid all the way through, but pretty standard modern american metal. Six is great.
Between the Buried and Me The Anatomy Of
Some of the covers here are good (Pink Floyd's Us and Them, King Crimson's Three of a Perfect Pair) but for the most parts the covers sound like much weaker versions of the original songs.
Escape the Fate Dying Is Your Latest Fashion
Escape the Fate This War Is Ours
Completely generic, and uninspired. However, there are some decent songs if you're into this style. Avoid it though, and just download the songs if you really need them
Metallica St. Anger
Poor lyrics, riffs, production quality, and song structures. Most of the songs just repeat the same lyrics over and over again, and are just bad.
Metallica Master of Puppets
Metallica Kill 'Em All
Metallica Ride the Lightning
Absolutely one of the best metal albums of all time.
Pestilence Spheres
This is a solid, if unspectacular album. None of the songs are really all that strong, but its interesting to listen to, as the album has a unique style.
Slayer Show No Mercy
A few decent songs but otherwise it's a completely average album

1.0 awful
Bring Me the Horizon This Is What the Edge of Your Seat Was Made For
I think this album is trying to be like converge or dillinger escape plan, but none of the members have remotely any talent required to play that kind of music, so you end up with a complete mess.
Bring Me the Horizon Count Your Blessings
Bring Me the Horizon Suicide Season
Bring Me the Horizon Suicide Season Cut Up!
This band is a joke. An embarassment, really. The EP and first album were bad enough, but then they released Suicide Season, which got rid of the least bad things about the band. They took out the heaviness, made the production a good deal worse, and the vocals went from full screams to half-hearted yells. This release takes that, and adds techno beats and tries to remix them. The result is an unlistenable mess.
