AC/DC Highway To Hell
For a while now I've only had Back in Black - which fully deserves its reputation, being one of the greatest rock albums ever made.
Going on that scale - Highway to Hell is a level above.
You can see when other reviews don't understand AC/DC; using the same argument that the songs are all the same. That may be true on a very basic level, but the depth of these songs is in the subtle differences. The simplistic nature of the music makes the little details - licks from Angus, Scott's frankly perfectly fitting vocals, or another defining hard rock riff - involve the listener completely. It's this kind of music that you can really rock to, choruses that some to a crescendo with more layers than the rest of the song.
