Fortunately Matt Theiessen is back with a brand new bag of tricks with everything from great guest appearances to amazing moving lines, and heart felt lyrics. If you have never been in love and have never had your heart broken maybe this album is not for you, but for those that have experienced heart break you will fall in love with this album. This album provides you with the pain of what its like and also how to move on. Such lyrics like " I don't need a soul without you i'm still whole you and life remain beautiful", and "if a nightmare ever does unfold perspective is a lovely hand to hold". Matt's writing is deep and also can draw many parallels to any of those who have been in the same situation. Songs like "Forget and Not Slow Down" will have you singing along while songs like "Savannah" and "Candlelight" will immediately fill your mind of the person you love or give you hope of a future love. Songs like "Therapy" and "Over It" wiil immediately put you in a good mood whenever you are sad. This is truely the greatest thing about this album is how it discusses hardships and how to overcome then. When you put in this album a smile will come across your face even when you don't want it to. I also love the guests on this album with him getting Aaron Gillespie from the Almost and Adam Young from Owl City. My only compaint about this album is some of the lame filler intro ballads that are just really short and pointless. This album is a great album and is Relient K's second best album in my opinion. Pick up this album if you are going through a hard time and need a smile.Tech N9ne All 6's and 7'sTedashii Blacklight3.5 greatHaste the Day Attack of the Wolf King3.0 goodTech N9ne The Gates Mixed Plate2.5 averageWar of Ages Eternal
