I've listened to it alot more lately and realised that every track is strong, has clever lyrics and great repley value. I can't praise this album enough.

My rating would be 4.5 if the bonus track 'Simple Game Of Genius' replaced the boring second track. The melodies are on point but the record at times sounds overproduced. A very accomplished flowing collection of catchy songs, which is what you'd expect from this man.

Nirvana In Utero
Oasis Heathen Chemistry
Oasis Standing on the Shoulder of Giants
This album has really grown on me. There's only 2 diabolical songs that really hurt this, the rest is gold, particularly Gas Panic. Underrated and flows much better than other Oasis albums.

I lost interest more quickly than I expected. The production is also quite flat.
Nirvana Bleach
Nirvana Nevermind

Up to track 7 it's really really good, then it starts to taper off. There's no energy in the vocals and it just plods along by track 9.

Animal Collective Strawberry Jam
Arctic Monkeys Humbug
Blur The Great Escape
Brandon Flowers Flamingo
Coldplay Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends
I just can't seem to get into this album, some of the tracks are listenable but large parts of this are simply boring.
There's also no GREAT songs that pack a punch compared to their other albums.
Kasabian Empire
Muse The Resistance
Pearl Jam Ten
Radiohead Kid A
Radiohead The King of Limbs
The Chemical Brothers We Are the Night
The Libertines Up The Bracket
The slurred vocals irritate me and as far as I can see there's only 2 strong tracks here. Overrated.
The Libertines The Libertines
More of the same after the first record, I'm barely able to understand the lyrics. We all know this band is NME hyped crap so let's just say it.
