It came from initially being completely annoyed with the whiny tone that Jordan Dreyer used, to me being absolutely in love with the lyrics. Somehow the two equaled each other out and I realized that this is truly a superb record. The raw emotion displayed throughout is something to note as one of the key points to its success. Dreyer's emotional vocals remain some of the most well executed in the genre.
