Mark is right. A classic 80's punk band reunites and releases a classic 90's record that is unfortunately overlooked by most.

If you're looking for hardcore, nasty, pissed off punk rock, or you want to see one of the biggest inspirations for punk bands such as NOFX and Lagwagon, then you need to check out this album.

Not as catchy as The Blue Album, but this album, like that one, shows that Rivers can write, well, a memorable, catchy and harshly honest record. Definitely one of the greatest of all time.

A great punk band overlooked, shame that only a few people know about them, and not that my opinion means much, but IMHO this is a definite listen for fans of punk rock, as are SS' other alubms.

Probably the most offensive hardcore punk album of all time, with song titles like 'Let's Fuck,' 'Fuck You Up And Get High,' 'Motherfucker,' 'Skin Poppin' Slut' and 'Back Seat Of My Car,' but it also happens to be one damn great punk album.
Best for those that like their Hardcore loud, sloppy and completely un-PC.

Beck Mellow Gold
3 terrific tracks here (Loser, Beercan, Mutherfuker) with a sea of same.
Good, listenable, trippy sounds but it doesn't feel like much is different on this album.
Good thing Beck silenced the critics by doing something different with Odelay! and not becoming a one-hit wonder, as would've Radiohead if they had kept releasing Pablo Honey-styles and not trying to differ from the pack as Mellow Gold shows.

Never really gotten into these guys. I think it might have to do with the fact that they aren't really much more than a polished, more radio-friendly Limp Bizkit/Korn, with most tracks bland and uninspired feeling. Sold a shitload of copies, though.

NOFX Cokie the Clown
The decline much...? Always sucks to see your favorite band go down one, but it seems inevitable for most bands, and NOFX doesn't look like much of an exception with Cokie the Clown and the slightly better Coaster.
All of its tracks on this EP feel like rehashed tracks from the Ribbed/White Trash/Drublic era, with the exception of My Orphan Year, but if the best track on an EP full of mediocore tracks is also on an album that features slightly less mediocore tracks, why not get the album instead?
Feels like just an easy cash after Coaster, though I hate to admit it.
