Camel Camel
Just the BEST album EVER. I'm not sure why I like Camel's self titled so much, but I love it. Oh, and just for the records, Andy Ward is one of the best drummers out there.
Death The Sound of Perseverance
While I think Chuck had given his best vocals on Symbolic, I really dig his vocals here. Death's more prog than ever, with tons of technicals riffs, lots of time changes, amazing solos (check the big one in Story to Tell), and one of the best line ups I've ever heard... Chuck surely knew how to make art with his guitar... R.I.P. Chuck
Opeth Still Life
Ulver Bergtatt - Et eeventyr i 5 capitler
THE Black Metal album (ok, ''Black/Folk''). The atmosphere set by this work of art is simply exceptional, it fits perfectly the story that the band is telling (wich is also great, BTW). Pure melody and emotion, you have to listen to it to understand what I'm saying. Garm may be one of my favourite musicians, and one of the best vocalists in BM.

1349 Hellfire
What the fuck? where did this come from? I was really blowed by this the first time I put it on my stereo, I wasn't especting something as heavy as Hellfire, not by 1349. Ok, the previous album is quite good, but is not nearly as heavy, chaotic and simply brutal as this. One thing you could argue is that this has almost no atmosphere, but damn, it doesn't need it at all.
Abyssic Hate Suicidal Emotions
Agalloch Ashes Against the Grain
Alcest Écailles De Lune
Anata The Infernal Depths of Hatred
Anthrax Spreading The Disease
This is the best Anthrax record (with Among the Living right behind), pure old school Thrash/Speed, catchy as hell, excellent riffs, and probably one onf the best metal vocalist to ever face the earth...yes, he is that good.

Death Human
Deep Purple Deep Purple In Rock
Demolition Hammer Epidemic of Violence
The most brutal thrash album to ever face the earth. Yes, even more than Darkness Descends an Pleasure to Kil. The drummer is truly a f**cking beast, and every song is filled to the top with double bass (and excellent riffs as well) .To bad their next album would be a failed attempt to jump on the Pantera bandwagon.
