First off, there's a lack of any real rockers on this album, nothing like Hysteria, Stockholm Syndrome, Knights of Cydonia, Citizen Erased or Assassins. I love Muse, I expect them to write music from left field, but this album is just flat and unexciting. I think the only Muse album worse than this one is Showbiz.
