There are no loose ends, everything is tied perfectly together, and i can't make out a single thing they could have done different. This is the best album this year without a doubt, however, there is something preventing me from giving it a 5, which i can't explain. (though it probably deserves one...)4.0 excellentProtest the Hero FortressI'ts ridiculous! I love it, Bloodmeat kicks it of so good that i have to listen to the rest of the record. Excellent album that will give many hours of listening to people who appreciate a little complex metal. Innovative.3.5 great36 Crazyfists Rest Inside the FlamesOne of the greatest albums i own in my collection, a drummer with a special pattern that sounds amazing, a guitarist that makes cool riffs without overdoing it, a vocalist that has a soothing trembling in his voice and the bass does exactly what it's supposed to do, add depth to the rest of the music.A Perfect Circle Thirteenth StepGreat album, fairly balanced, tends to be sollow at times, but there are plenty of highlights in it to make it worth ones while.A Perfect Circle Mer de NomsBring Me The Horizon Count Your BlessingsDarkest Hour Undoing RuinThis album is great because i've had a lot of good listens to it, but it is a little repetitive, and that would be why it doesn't deserve a higher score.Dir En Grey VulgarGackt CrescentGreat album for easy listening, soothing. Doesn't get repetitive, one of my fall asleep while listening favorites.Yes Close to the Edge3.0 good36 Crazyfists A Snow Capped Romance36 Crazyfists The Tide and Its TakersA good album in general, some ups and downs, i miss a little od their characteristic sound on choruses, and the verses are starting to grow a little repetitive since they did alot of the same on "Rest Inside The Flames" A Perfect Circle eMOTIVeBring Me The Horizon Suicide SeasonDir En Grey GauzeGackt DIABOLOSGirugamesh MusicPretty straight forward japanese hard rock, nice flow through the whole album, i'd say it's halfway to great, but closer to good since i can't rate it 3.25.
