5.0 classic
Glassjaw Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence
This is Glassjaw's more emotionally charged album in my opinion. The band really discovered themselves musically in Worship and Tribute but I say they hit their emotional peak with this. Great release, not better or worse then Worship...Just different
EDIT: Noooo it's better
Jeff Buckley Grace
Sublime. CCC is the only thing here that could be considered filler here and it's only 3 minutes long. The rest is classic, moody and sometimes uplifting. Top notch.
Porcupine Tree Fear of a Blank Planet
Love it. The concept, the music. This CD has instant re-playability and I could listen to it many times over without skipping one song.

4.5 superb
At the Drive-In Relationship of Command
Brand New The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me
Just amazing. Brand New really know how to construct a song and they can put them all together to create an amazing experience. Lyrical and musical excellence. Upon further reflection I have decided this album is not a classic for me. But it's probably the closest of my "superb" albums.
Deftones Diamond Eyes
Gavin Castleton Home
House Of Heroes The End Is Not the End
I dunno what it is about this album. I love every song, it's so catchy and it's a concept album. So I was powerless to resist it's charms, it's really excellent.
Oceansize Frames
Opeth Blackwater Park
Poison the Well The Tropic Rot
Porcupine Tree Deadwing
Queens of the Stone Age Songs for the Deaf
Refused The Shape Of Punk To Come
Say Anything ...Is a Real Boy
Wouldn't skip any of these songs. Great album in full with a few individual knock out songs like "Alive with the Glory of Love" or "Admit It"...
Streetlight Manifesto Everything Goes Numb
The Dillinger Escape Plan Option Paralysis
Then you just gave our love awaaaay, yooou let goooo
Them Crooked Vultures Them Crooked Vultures
Tool Ænima
I may be the only one but at the moment this is my favourite Tool album. Forty Six & 2 is just ace and it has some really great moments.
Vendetta Red Sisters of the Red Death

Bertie Blackman Secrets and Lies

Dream Theater Images And Words
Metropolis Pt. 1 and Surrounded stand out as highlights for me but the whole album is good. Pull Me Under sets the album off in the right stride and it's pretty much solid gold throughout.
EDIT: Not supurb though
Dream Theater Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory
Dream Theater Awake
Eminem The Marshall Mathers LP
Awww yeah. Such a good album. Some of these are really good. Bizarre sucks though, don't like anything he did here and he wasn't really even that involved, though I feel he warrants mention.

Catchy and proggy, this album saw TBE take a sharp turn away from the road they were expected to take. Purists will tell you it should be heavier and now they're pussies but damn it if they don't know how to create a really mad song that'll stick in your head for days.

A really good album. Cheery and happy by a band who really have a handle on the concept of a great melody. "See These Bones" is a really good song, I haven't heard anything as good as it for a while.
Nine Inch Nails The Downward Spiral
Oceansize Effloresce
Protest the Hero Kezia
Rage Against the Machine Rage Against the Machine
Sadly for Rage they create classic albums for people like them in situation similar to theirs. And sadly for myself I am not at all like the Rage Against the Machine in this album. Fiercely political and passionate about things I as a sheltered white boy can not sympathise with. That said, I know this album is a classic, it's just not MY classic. Ace musicianship on this album though and Zach really can rap.

Pretty close to a 3.5 but it's a bit inconsistent. Some really good individual songs. I do love "Cousins" and "Run" a whole lot. I'm gonna see them live and I think their songs will be quite suited to the whole live deal.
