This is what I thought ghost was going to be. Amazing music, amazing new direction, amazing production, amazing concept. Wow
Crossfaith The Artificial Theory For The Dramatic Beauty
Deftones White Pony
Deftones' defining album. A musical masterpiece; such an overwhelming wave of emotion this album can create. The lyrics are (deliberately) vague enough to allow the listener to create his/her own interpretation of what this album is trying to express. Some people have interpreted it as a drug addiction story (White Pony being a nickname for cocaine), or a mental instability story, or a nightmare. I believe it is all of the above. White Pony has a blend of everything; a few incredibly heavy songs (Korea, elite) and as it progresses it becomes more and more twisted. The last two songs are really my favourite in this album, the atmosphere created is relaxing, yet ever so threatening. Change (in the house of the flies) is notable because of it's use of synthesiser, and powerful metaphorical lyrics. The last track, Pink Maggit; the last song in the album, practically bleeds atmosphere. It begins with discordant tones from the guitar, and incredibly menacing, whispered vocals from Chino. This album is DEVINE. 5/5

Powerglove Saturday Morning Apocalypse
I heard a leaked version of the complete album, just one listen to the X-Men track or The Simpsons will reveal that they are at the top of their game, this album is second only to metal kombat. A seriously amazing, addictive album. Powerglove has traditionally revamped video game music to new degrees of epic, and have decided to do the same for the television series we watched as a kid. The album can be summarised in 3 words,
Incredible, nostalgic, epic.
