I would never normally rate an album this high but after one listen, i'm pretty sure it's even better than Uroboros - which I figured was their magnum opus. Such beautifully crafted instrumental work overall and Kyo's voice truly shines for the first time since their earlier days. This is going to be big.
Dir En Grey Arche
After a little over 3 years since Dum Spiro Spero, I can finally say they have outdone their self. I rated DSS a little higher than I should have but looking back at it now, it's nothing memorable. This is. This album has everything you'd want to please fans of both spectrums - whether their older or new. It is very obvious with their last tour and re-recordings that they were digging into their older material for inspiration and this album shows that. I think every fan will enjoy this.

Great collection of classic re-worked. The title track 'Unraveling' is without a doubt a leftover song from their 'Dum Spiro Spero' sessions is a good track to start off with in what is to come on this EP. The band really went all out in digging some gems in their discography. Songs like 'Karasu', 'Bottom of the death valley' and even ' Macabre' make appearances here all re-worked in their current 'Uroboros/DSS' style. I'm enjoying this release so far despite feeling their 5-year progressive style is a bit tiring. I'm just glad to see they haven't forgotten they have a huge back catalog and to see them bring their older tracks in tune again is something to treasure.

FACT In the Blink of an Eye
"In the blink of an eye" was a great new attempt at keeping with their self-titled sound.
Fans of their earlier work will be disappointed but since this is their second major label
album you can't expect much from their indie sound anymore.

I'm extremely impressed with this album. Granted everyone is missing their "Fever" sound but this new sound fits them so well. Taking notes from their "Vices" album and leaving behind everything else, they have created a truly new sound that works well. I'm only on my first listen with the album but I am certain this is going to be my driving-to-work album for the majority of the fall.

It's somewhat catchy. Giving it a "3" because they included their recent singles and older gems like Oxygen and Mecha Love. However, i'd much rather listen to "For The Masses". There's just too much money-chasing-EDM-sounds on this album.

Britney Spears In the Zone
Britney Spears Britney Jean
Britney's latest effort is somewhat of a disappointment compared to her previous efforts which were honestly more solid than this. Despite the singles 'Work Bitch' and 'Perfume', there's not a lot of stand out tracks that save the album. The production is top-notch and her voice is as great as ever but that's really it. No good top-radio singles like 'Hold It Against Me' and 'Til The World Ends'. I do recommend 'Tik Tik Boom' and 'Passenger' which could easily become singles.

I was a huge fan of Lights back in 2010. I thought this girl had a bright future. Never did I expect her "electro folk-esque" to disappear and would just go full on pop. I gave Halycon a chance but absolutely despised it. Now, with this album, i'd much rather listen to her previous attempt. She has slowly lost it. This album isn't even remotely enjoyable in any way. I give her props for 'Love Me Like You Do', the only single i've enjoyed from her since 'Anything Could Happen'. However, that's about it.
