This is not just an album of, "interesting reggae gems." This album clearly pays hommage to some of reggae's early greats like, Cedric Brooks, Augustus Pablo and the Abyssinians. I love this album, but if I had one complaint it would be that the sound is closer to the newer JBB, which seems to have a touch less soul than the music had with some of JBB's previous incarnations.
