Red Hot Chili Peppers By the Way
The Chili Peppers at their best. Tracks like "By The Way", "Dosed", "Can't Stop", "The Zephyr Song", "Cabron", and "Universally Speaking" are classics. The feeling in this album is incredible. Not a lot of funk, but that's okay.
Rise Against The Unraveling
Rise Against The Sufferer and the Witness

The Killers Hot Fuss
Since everything possible has been said about every song on this album, I was at odds as to make this review or not.
But then, I realized, nobody has mentioned "Change Your Mind", because it's not on the UK version. It's one of the greatest songs on the album, and it definitely could have been a single. But, it wasn't, and not that many people seem to know about it.
The entire album is superb. A true modern classic.

I can understand why people don't like it. To me, though, it's a great album. The screaming/singing combo is great, and the songs flow really well (for the most part). Pretty cool.

Slipknot All Hope Is Gone
Slipknot has survived well beyond the days of nu metal, and this album shows why. Corey has a perfect mix of screaming and singing on this album. In many ways this album is a sort of return to form, yet it still makes great strides forward. Overall, it is a great album, although not quite as "heavy" as some people would like.
