| Kickass album of nonstop aggression from start to finish, with really well writtin, politically tinted lyrics. Can feel a little repetitive especially as parts of the more boring songs may feel interchangeable with the good ones. But nonetheless, this is a brutal, thrashy melodic deathmetal record that's got everything for me to recommend it. | Underrated album and a bit of a grower. It is like a darker, more stripped down cousin of Fiction, which I think is a good thing because I find Fiction to be borderline corny at times. Lovers of guitar riffs might be disappointed that this is more keyboard oriented than their previous releases. Personally I don't care which instruments carry the melody as long as I enjoy the melody. I love the atmosphere and production on this! |
