White Moth Black Butterfly One Thousand Wings
Quiet, reflective, One Thousand Wings is an introspection album bursting with an incredibly emotional delivery from vocalist Dan Tompkins and astounding guest vocalists. Dan seems to have the Midas Touch when it comes to partaking in great musical endeavors (Tesseract and Skyharbor come to mind) and I believe it is safe to say White Moth Black Butterfly is another project he can add to his astounding resume of spectacular sounds.

TesseracT Perspective
I'm not buying Elliot's renditions of these songs. These songs were made for Dan and they need to just stay that way. I have no idea what has been going through their minds these past couple years, but they need to release new stuff or people are just gonna lose interest.

2.5 average
Carnifex Hell Chose Me
Well executed deathcore, but nothing new. I listened to it all the way through, got into the first couple songs, but after that I almost fell asleep lol because it was so repetitive.
Suicide Silence No Time to Bleed

2.0 poor
Periphery Clear
The Acacia Strain Death Is the Only Mortal
As much as I try to distance myself from comparing every new Acacia Strain album to Continent, their best album IMO, I have to say that this album proves to me that they are on a steep slope downward in their career and in desperate need of Continent-comparable album. Unfortunately, Death is the Only Mortal is more like the water causing the slope to become more slippery.

1.5 very poor
