A Day To Remember Homesick
As much as I love ADTR, I can not say that "Homesick" is a huge improvement from their previous albums. I wouldn't say they have reverted back to "And Their Name Was Treason...", but they definitely didn't hit the milestone. It had a good number of great, catchy songs with awesome breakdowns (My Life For Hire; Wax Larry; Holdin' It Down For the Underground); however, a few songs were just ok (The Downfall of Us All), while others were lacking altogether (Homesick; Another Song About the Weekend). Overall, I give it a 3.5...
...and they definitely make Kelly Clarkson look inferior.

A huge improvement to their EP "After Dark," filled with cool riffs, great singing, and a sick keyboard. My only problem is there really isn't a distinctive theme that the band sticks to. Otherwise, this album is nearly flawless.

The new songs on the album are actually better than most on the previous version. If you aren't annoyed by Craig's singing and actually like Chiodo's other work, I definitely recommend buying this.

2.0 poor
Alexisonfire Old Crows / Young Cardinals
As a big Alexisonfire fan, I'm sad to say that I was completely disappointed by this new album. While others don't mind it, George's vocal changes were a huge let down for me. I tried not letting this change sway my verdict, but IMO the songs weren't as energetic as the last album. Although there were a couple of songs that I enjoyed, overall - a disappointment.
Escape the Fate This War Is Ours
Kanye West 808s and Heartbreak
College Dropout - Nice debut...Late Registration - Another amazing album...Graduation - Could have been better...808s and Heartbreak - Unforgivable....Kanye had so much potential. His first two albums were unique, catchy, and heartfelt. The third was okay, but had a number of flaws. But the fourth? He resorted to the ever-so-annoying 808 that the radio already overplays with T-Pain making this album hard to listen to. Overall, disappointing. Hopefully this 808 nonsense will not last and Kanye will go back to the good stuff.
